Pause Front Squat
7×3
*Pause for 3 seconds at bottom of first rep.
Then next 2 reps are normal pace.
**every 3 min

After party:
50 V-ups for time

Barbell Bettys - 7:30pm

Push Press
8×4 @ 80%

For Time:
Run 400
10 Burpees
Run 400
8 Burpees
Run 400
6 Burpees
