This weekend, June 7 – 9, the CrossFit Games MidAtlantic Regionals competition is in town. 
This is your chance to see some incredible CrossFit athletes in action. We encourage you to attend. It’s a blast. It’s very low-key. You can bring the kids. You can sit – or stand – wherever you want to watch. There are vendors selling clothing, food, paleo, CrossFit gear, etc.
Steve and Michelle are headed out there Friday after the 9:15 WOD (email us if you want to caravan along), and again on Sunday. (Zoe’s birthday is Saturday, and she has reserved the day.)
Make sure you show your box pride by wearing your Second Wind CrossFit shirt. Everyone shows their colors!
