Khaleaph Luis

CrossFit Level 1 Coach

“I like CrossFit because it is constantly varied. There is never a boring or predictable day at the box. My favorite WOD is anything with power cleans. I am a lifetime athlete and my first love was baseball. The sport of triathlon is my new indulgence. I hope to assist others in their path of wellness and fitness.”

Outside of Second Wind, Khaleaph’s work has included helping organizations strengthen their analysis of gender and race to redefine manhood and expand opportunity for young men of color.  Some of his work has focused on collaborative mentorship and developing programs for youth coming out the juvenile justice system primarily to stop the cycle of incarceration. He has advised formerly-incarcerated and currently-incarcerated adults whom desire a second chance.  Also, he has contributed to longitudinal research studies in Epidemiology while providing HIV/STI and drug counseling.

Khaleaph is a graduate of Fordham University and his hometown is St. Croix, U.S.V.I.
